Access to Specialized Healthcare Services

We help you identify care, schedule appointments, and provide transportation if needed for many medical services including:  

  • Dental care
  • Vision care
  • Audiology (hearing services)
  • Podiatry (foot health)

We can also arrange:

  • Psychiatric evaluations 
  • Dementia assessments 
  • Individual therapy
