Staff were friendly and I had the chance to meet their pet therapy dog Dakota who was adorable. The chapel and courtyard are beautiful. There was a pothole in the parking lot that should get fixed.

I was disappointed in smelling urine walking down the hallway to visit a friend. Happy to see patient room clean and that she was up, dressed and happy..

I visited my cousin at the Oaks Post Acute care, and the staff were so welcoming and informative. The room was clean and she seemed to be so happy. She stated that they always do great activities with them and always listens to her requests, and I know sometimes they can be over the top. I want to thank the entire staff because I know the job can be hard at times taking care of others.
